We’ve worked in real estate for years, but nothing has been as fulfilling as helping a family become homeowners.

There’s something special about watching people walk into a house and immediately start imagining their life there… the kids choosing their bedrooms, talking about a yard for the dog, where the Christmas tree will go, or what they want to change to make the house their own. Suddenly, it isn’t just a house anymore. It’s their home.

We started Purple Homes Solutions because we know that being able to afford a home and fitting perfectly into a traditional bank’s box aren’t always the same thing. We wanted to create another path for families who are ready for homeownership and can responsibly afford it.

For us, this is about more than a real estate transaction. It’s about giving families the opportunity to put down roots, create a place that truly belongs to them, and have the security of knowing, “This is ours.”
